Experienced TIG Welder

Location: Lodi, WI

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable TIG Welder with proven experience in precision welding on stainless steel. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding on a variety of metals, specifically stainless steel
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Other tasks as required

Qualifications

2+ years of TIG welding experience (more preferred)
Previous assembly experience preferred, machine building experience a plus
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
Good math and measurement skills
Strong understanding of welding safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

Welding certification(s)
Experience in fabrication or custom metalwork
Familiarity with other welding techniques (MIG, Stick) is a plus

Over-the-Road Service Apprentice Technician / Installer

Position Summary
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on mechanical work, takes pride in problem solving, and is comfortable representing the company on customer sites across the region or country. You’ll be responsible for installing new equipment, performing service and repairs and ensuring each job is completed safely, professionally, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Install, set up, and commission manufacturing equipment at customer locations
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs
Conduct routine maintenance and system checks to ensure equipment reliability
Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and internal teams
Document service work, parts used, and installation details
Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle in clean working order
Travel extensively (overnight and multi day trips required)
Uphold all safety standards and comply with customer site requirements

Qualifications

Willing to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules
Previous knowledge of tools/mechanical abilities
Willing to learn the ins and outs of Food Process Systems
Ability to replace parts on equipment
Welding or willing to learn to weld
Wiring or willing to learn to wire
Able to follow directions
Willing to learn how to do service reports
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and operate power tools safely
Strong communication and customer service mindset
